Position Description:

Responsibilities include:
Prepare and distribute price quotes for requested items.
Write up customer spare part orders and standard analyzer orders received by phone request, fax or email. Timely processing of all orders to order entry function in accordance with ISO 9001 and export control requirements.
Ability to interface with Production, Manufacturing, and Service departments to coordinate customer spare part shipments requests.
Review spare part orders to determine when credit holds have been removed and orders are available for shipments.
Prepare Pro Forma invoices required to generate payments for letters of credit or wire transfers.
Control processing of AMETEK GMBH and AMETEK France invoicing notifications for AMETEK EPI orders shipped internationally.
Work effectively to provide assistance to customers, distributors, representatives, area managers, and internal departments for required information, applicable changes, and focus activities to meet external and internal customer requirements as needed.
Maintain ISO 9001 work instructions updated and current.
Perform month end processing and report generation as assigned.
Document customer complaints.
Develop proficiency using the following, but not limited to: Navision programs, EIS reports and forms, Lotus Spreadsheets, MS Office, Ardexus, Outlook, and Export procedures for International Compliance.
Provide assigned cross-coverage support within assigned functions.
Overtime required as identified and approved by Manager.
Additional duties as required.
