Location : Phuket, Thailand

An exciting and challenging opportunity now exists for an experienced airport candidates who would join Cathay Pacific Thailand, Airport department in Phuket. The successful candidate will need to oversee and supervise suppliers’ day-to-day assigned functions to ensure that overall operations run smoothly and efficiently conforming to safety and security requirements.

The successful candidate is required to deliver the best possible operation and the airport service experience to ensure our customers always feel special, valued and recognised regardless of circumstance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure safety first and quality always ;

* Support and ensure the operational excellence;

* Supervise and support suppliers for passenger handling at check-in counter, arrival and departure areas;

* Monitor service parties for un/loading of cargo, baggage and dis/embarkation of passengers;

* Monitor all related flight services are ready for inbound/outbound flight; catering, cabin cleaning, ramp services, local authorities;

* Monitor safety and security at all service areas;

* Responsible for preparing information for flight operation, communication with the aircraft, answering enquiries on schedules & operations status and the handling of flight documentation;.

* Foster excellent teamwork and team spirit within CX / KA team members and with suppliers;

* Support and ensure that suppliers deliver services and products at CX / KA required standard.;

* Be fully aware of business and commercial environment; create and maintain good rapport with airport authority, officials, ground handling agents and relevant CX offices to ensure facilitation of the operational processes, procedures and customer services;

* Cost efficiency and productivity by supporting local airport management to drive down costs in day-to-day operation;

* Office administration by assignment;

* Represent CX/KA interests in the Airport Community.

Requirements / Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree in any fields;

* Good command of both spoken and written English and Thai;

* Strong sense of responsibility;

* Willing to work on shifts;

* Airline experience is an advantage;

* Right to live and work in Thailand.
