A self motivated, team player required to perform airport functions smoothly & efficiently with high quality service to external & internal customers with consistent CX service style of “Service Straight from The Heart”.

Key Responsibilities:

* Be visible at all times and proactively interact with customers, CX team members and handling agents to ensure that both internal and external customers are provided with consistent excellent Service Straight From The Heart, keep abreast and up-to-date with changes in products and services and with the self development opportunities

* Perform daily functions to ensure that the operations run smoothly and conform with safety and security requirements, proactively prevent and as directed manage the flight disruption and irregularity in an effective manner. Provide excellent service to both customers and colleagues in an efficient and professional manner

* Foster excellent teamwork and team spirit within CX team members and with Handling Agents colleagues

* Be aware of the cost and revenue implication; be vigilant for sales opportunities at the airport.

* Ensure that Handling Agents colleagues deliver services and products at CX’s required standard, set a high standard of performance for the Handling Agents, motivate and maintain a good relationship with the Handling Agents.

* Ensure that oneworld benefits and services provided to both CX and oneworld customers are according to the oneworld delivery requirements.

* Be fully aware of business and commercial environment; create and maintain good rapport with authorities, and relevant CX offices to ensure facilitation of the operational processes, procedures and customer services.

* Seek opportunities to enhance the processes of operations, customer services and administration at the airport.

Requirements:

* Graduate in any field is essential.

* At least 2-3 years of customer service /airport experience would be an added advantage.

* Ability to be creative to seek opportunities to make improvements.

* Ability to apply skills and knowledge so as to effectively and spontaneously manage and oversee the airport operations.

* Candidates must be ready to work in shifts.

* Candidates MUST have the permanent legal right to work & live in India.
