Customer Service Intern

The Customer Service intern is responsible for being secondary contact - supporting the departmental managers - to manage, support and supervise third party contracted providers. The role includes providing support to the function of Compliance & Legal relations Supervisor in investigating and handling the EC261/2014 related customer claims.

The Customer Service Trainee will report to Head of Customer Service.

Given the wide scope, the trainee will gain experience in various fields of cooperation both externally and internally within the organization, thereby allowing (besides future in the Customer Service department) cross-functional moves within the organization, subject to field of interest.

Responsibilities:

* Main responsibility will be to provide support for the Legal & Compliance Junior Manager in official cases management, including but not limiting to investigating cases, answer authority requests, participate in CPA mediation sessions

* Exercise support in oversight of external providers (baggage repair, travel agency, translators) in cooperation with the departmental managers

* Ensure administrative control of department

* Ensure lost property process management and oversight

* Ensure administrative aspects tracing (letters, claims management admin)

* Participation in short-term departmental and cross-departmental projects

* Carry-out analysis and departmental reports

Requirements:

* Active university student status in Hungary

* Fluency in Hungarian and English is a must

* Assertive personality with good communication skills

* Computer literacy

* High attention to details

* Interest in regulatory field is an advantage

* Ability to work under time pressure

* Ability to act in confidential manner

* Ability to work in teams

* Knowledge in hospitality and tourism field

* Commercial awareness

* Flexibility

* Experience in customer service is an advantage
