Customer Service Representative

JOBSUMMARY



This hourly, non-exempt position requires excellent customer serviceand attention to detail. The job includes varying amounts greeting customers,providing customer travel and customer amenity assistance. Telephone operationand radio communication is critical. Customer invoicing is required. FAA, OSHA,EPA and other safety rules must be followed. Customer service must be maintainedat the highest level with a positive and friendly appearance. Job duties willvary each day and are designated by the Customer Service RepresentativeSupervisor.
