Overview

Managing the Sales and Exchange of Commercial Aircraft Spares to a defined Customer base.

Responsibilities

Management of Quotation of Customers Request for Quotes:

* Quantum Interrogation
* Market Research
* Alternate PN / Technical Research
* IPC investigation
* Quoting in accordance with company policy and procedures

Customer Order Management:

* Customer credit control assessment
* Negotiation and Procurement Procedures in accordance with company policy
* Vendor Quality Approval Process
* Quantum Processing including the raising of contacts
* Liasing with other team members to facilitate on time delivery
* Exchange Order Management
* Execution of “General Terms Agreements” & Exchange Agreements

Customer Service and Interface:

* Communication & interface with Customers / Vendors whilst on shift
* Exceeding Customer Expectation and Company standards at every opportunity

Core Competencies:

* Relevant and significant experience in the customer services function
* High degree of customer focus – both internal and external
* Highly motivated with a capability to handle demanding workload that requires accuracy and attention to detail
* Proven ability to solve problems promptly and effectively
* Proven interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word
* Proven commitment and ability to maintain a positive professional attitude in stressful and demanding situations
