Customer Scheduler - Work for a Global Aerospace Company
We are looking for a Customer Scheduler, with experience in engineering production methods, for our exciting Global Aerospace client.
Working within this Global Aerospace company, you will get the opportunity to work on international projects for established Aerospace brands.
As a Customer Scheduler, you will get:
* Permanent position in Annesley, West Midlands
* £25-27k annual (DOE)
* Start date ASAP
The Customer Scheduler will:
* Act as the mainpoint of contact between the manufacturing business, the clients, and occasionally suppliers
* Manage and control the acceptance of customer requests in liaison with the Production Controller to
ensure production is achievable
* Manage internal relations (planning, quality, production…)
* Identify and solve any problems to ensure that clients receive the right goods on time
* Maintain a professional business relationship with key stakeholders
To be considered for the role you will need:
* Experience working in a similar role within the aerospace/automotive/industrial manufacturing sectors
* A customer focused personality with the ability to build long term customer relationships
* High attention of attention to detail and the ability to solve problems
