In your role, you will:

- Act as the main point of contact for our operators (primarily pilots) on flight technical and operational queries for the Challenger 300 series aircraft.
- Provide support directly to customers and, when required, coordinate the efforts of internal groups (Engineering, Programs, Production, Supply Chain, etc) to get required answers.
- Provide operational expertise to other internal departments (Customer Response Center team, In Service Engineering group, Field Service Reps, etc) as required.
- Provide pilot support on missions that can include Demo Operations and missions with customers such as Functionality & Confidence and Entry into Service flights.
- Participate in and/or drive key projects in areas such as operational safety, cost reduction, enhanced customer satisfaction, etc.
- Co-Chair the Flight Operations Steering Committee.
- Participate in all Challenger 300 Advisory Committee meetings.
- Present special topics at Advisory Committees, Maintenance and Operators meetings, trade shows (NBAA, EBACE, etc.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have an ATP license (FAA or TC) with a minimum of 2500 hours total of multi crew flight time.
- You have previous flight experience on the Challenger 300/350 fleet type and have or still rated on this type.
- You have international flying and high technology cockpit experience (preferred).
- You have previous experience as a pilot working in a corporate or airline flight environment.
- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- You have the ability to attain and maintain a type rating on a Bombardier aircraft.
- You have strong English communication skills. Communication skills in French are an asset.
- You have good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- International travel may be needed (requiring a valid passport).
- Although the position is predominantly a weekday Monday to Friday schedule you may be required to work during weekends and holidays.
