Here is the description of a CUSTOMER INSPECTION REPRESENTATIVE position :
The CIR represents the Customer (aircraft owner) and is the interface with the OEMs during the aircraft final assembly process:
Technical: airframe, engines, systems.
Cabin equipment
Aircraft acceptance & delivery
Activities:
Represent and support the Customer for each FAL Presentation/Inspection
Participate as the Customer Representative during the FAL coordination meetings with Airbus
Coordinate with the Airbus Customer Manager and FAL Customer Manager (FCM)
Follow the QLBs, Concessions and deviations
Ensure corrective actions are taken immediately during the Presentation or recorded tracked and closed at a later date
Generate timely and accurate Inspection Reports
Attend on-demand Presentations as defined by the Customer
Provide technical assistance during the delivery and acceptance phase
Experience:
Customer Inspection Representatives qualifications and experience EASA Part 66 B1 Licensed Engineer (or equivalent)
A320 qualified (desirable)
Base maintenance experience as inspector (desirable)
Aircraft Production Line Inspector (desirable)
More than 10 years aircraft production, engineering or maintenance experience
Start : as soon as possible
Weekly working time : 40h
Contract : 1 year, 6 months trial period
