DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Forecasts, controls, and reports project costs needed within an organization. Develops and provides project variances, trending and

analysis of expenditures, and completion reports. Reviews project costs incurred by category, calculates future costs based on labor

productivity, material price increases, subcontract, wage rates and risk analysis. Under general supervision, solves complex problems

requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices in project controls. Uses experience and problem solving skills to develop

and improve processes. May provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Candidate will have the following responsibilities in addition to the above:

Track Progress of Change Order Negotiations

*

Review Labor and Non Labor charges for accuracy

*

Prepare and assist with Cost Reports both active an inactive periods of performance

*

Create tools in access and excel to automate process (cost code creation in Cost Point, End of Service Gratuity forecasts, etc…)

QUALIFICATIONS - SKILLS REQUIREMENTS – EXPERIENCE LEVEL (ADDITIONAL NOTES):

*

Undergraduate degree and 4+ years of experience in Project Controls.

*

Must be deployable to work overseas and abroad on all current LOGCAP Task Orders for extended periods of time

*

SAP Experience required

*

Cost Point Experience a plus

*

Advance skills in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and Access preferred

*

Experience with negotiating cost plus change orders preferred

*

Experience working in contingency environments a plus
