GET TO KNOW THE ROLE:

A rare opportunity within our Virgin Australia team, we are searching for an experienced CRM Leader to manage and drive online strategies and targeted campaign opportunities across all online platforms and EDM campaigns.

Additionally, you will be responsible for defining the team roadmap to achieved direct revenue budget and customer satisfaction, as well as the day-to-day management of a small team of Campaign Advisors and Campaign Analysts.

LET’S GET TO KNOW YOU:

* Solid experience in a similar CRM role

* Experience leading and coaching a small team

* Advanced knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud - Campaign, Target, and AEM

* Strong skillset and knowledge of data-driven and digital marketing techniques and processes

* Demonstrated knowledge of online design best practice principles

* Demonstrated knowledge of website development and implementation

* Experience within airlines/aviation advantageous but not essential
