Crew Management Programme is looking for Crew Resources Subject Matter Experts who are experienced and knowledgeable in the current crew management and systems, capable to contribute to the delivery of a major change initiative, comprising both business and technology streams of work, for all crew groups of CX, KA and AHK.

The programme addresses the end-to-end processes and technologies supporting crew management from patterns, manpower planning, leave management, rostering, day-of-operations and post operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with CMP Readiness Assistant Manager to ensure the readiness in Crew Resources in supporting the system and business process changes led by the Crew Management Programme.

* Act as a focal point of Crew Resources SMEs with the Programme Team to formulate a consolidated view on various business topics.

* Be the knowledge champion of Crew Resources to provide the necessary operations and business inputs to the project activities to ensure the changes are fit for purposes.

* Be the knowledge champion of the current Crew Resources practice but not limit to the As-is, suggesting the future requirements, evaluating different solutions with a vision of end-to-end operations and recommending the way forward for programme execution.

* Contribute to change management activities in terms of giving advice on the communication strategy and message of this transformation programme.

* During programme execution, work with Programme Team on ensuring the business readiness of Crew Resources, such as change of process and procedures, detailed system design, training for the Crew Resources production teams, user acceptance testing, process rehearsal and cut-over.

Requirements:

* Tertiary qualification are essential

* Hold in depth knowledge with the CAD Flight Time Limitations.

* Minimum 5 years of solid crew management experience in rostering and pairing construction.

* Experience in conceptualizing creative solutions/ ideas, as well as documenting and presenting them for senior management buy-in

* Ability to analyse information and produce reports and presentations.

* Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines.

* Excellent attention to detail and strive for quality
