Crew Planning Supervisor

Regional Jet is an ACMI specialist based in Tallinn, Estonia. Regional Jet was established by Nordica in 2015 and is currently owned by Nordica and LOT Polish Airlines. Regional Jet operates a rapidly growing fleet of 10 CRJ 700/900s and 5 ATR 72-600s for LOT Polish Airlines and SAS Scandinavian Airlines. To support its rapid expansion, Regional Jet is looking for Crew Planning Supervisor. 

Main Tasks:

• Responsible for direct oversight of the planning process of monthly crew rosters
• Ensures that crew rosters are efficient and robust
• Acts as a direct supervisor and mentor to the team of crew planners responsible for monthly crew rosters
• Plan monthly crew rosters

Expectations to a candidate:

Skills:

• Strong critical thinking / problem solving / decision making skills and attention to detail;
• Conduct him/herself in a highly ethical, positive, enthusiastic and professional manner at all times;
• Excellent verbal communication skills;
• Very good level of English, both spoken and written.

Properties:

• Dutifulness, punctuality, responsibility and continuity in the work;
• Stress tolerance.

Experience:

• Min 3 years of crew planning experience in airline environment;
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor.
