Regional Jet is an ACMI specialist based in Tallinn, Estonia. Regional Jet was established by Nordica in 2015 and is currently owned by Nordica and LOT Polish Airlines. Regional Jet operated a fast-growing fleet of modern CRJ 700/900 and ATR 72-600 aircraft on long term ACMI operations for major European airlines. 

Main responsibilities:

• Establishing crew coverage for all flight assignments in accordance with applicable regulation, specific qualifications, customer and business requests, and within the guidelines established by the company.
• Continuous monitoring of crew member schedules to ensure legality compliance. 
• Maintaining necessary communication with all crew members. 
• Utilization of reserve and stand by crew members in the most efficient and expedient method necessary to ensure operational reliability.

Expectations to a candidate:

• Higher education.
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Fully comprehending applicable international regulations, standards and manuals.
• Ability to adapt to a multi-cultural working environment. 
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work with others as part of a team and work under tight time constraints and in high stress situations. 
• Must be able to work all shifts designated including night shifts, weekends, and holiday schedules. 
• Must possess excellent organizational skills, be a self-starter.
• Analytic, problem-solving and mathematical sills. 
• An enthusiastic, out-going personality. 
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate with associated departments. 

 Advantages for the position:

• Previous crew scheduling experience. 
• Knowledge of Aviation Regulations.
• Ability to identify and resolve crew legality/scheduling conflicts. 
• Familiar with crew member collective union agreements.
• Ability to multi-task and perform under irregular operating conditions. 
• RAIDO or other airline scheduling system experience.
