Job Description
Required Experience
A minimum of 2 years previous airline operations experience with emphasis on crew control or scheduling

Fluent in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
Sufficient Experience in crew scheduling/controlling methodology and aircraft characteristics.
Ability to think independently.
Ability to take decisions positively.
Background on basic FAA/GACA Regulations with emphasis on part 121

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintaining cost-effective crew schedules to meet optimum fleet utilization with optimum passenger convenience.
§ Monitor ALL FLY NAS crew movement.
§ Provide necessary coordination for any abnormal situation and cover absence of any crew member within 72hrs period.
§ Formulate and implement crew set up for any recovery, extra, substitution flight.
§ Keeping close coordination with OCC Operation Controller for any irregularities or recovery plans needed.
§ Advise all concerned stations and parties of any changes or additions to crew pairings and ensure acknowledgment is received.
§ Notify crew members of any changes of their pairings and ensure acknowledgment is received.
§ Ensure Crew Scheduling is aware of any changes that will affect rosters beyond the 72Hrs period.
§ Assist Duty Manager in provision of relevant data and handling of emergencies.
§ Make cost-effective crew recovery plans for flight disruptions and advice duty Manager and concern stations about irregularities of scheduled and non-scheduled flights.
§ Maintain flight watch with flight dispatch and keep track of crew flight, duty, and rest limitations.
§ Coordinate with Ground Ops and Revenue Management to handle accommodation and crew schedule changes or passengers seats in case of flight delays, cancellations, and equipment substitutions.
§ Formulate and implement cost-effective recovery crew plans to reduce possible delays and any kind of irregularities pertaining to crew limitations.
§ Ensure inclusion of all pertinent data in system.
§ Perform any other task requested by the head of department or his designee for the interest of the company.
