Do you have a passion for customer service, ability to build relationships and analyse data? ACL is looking for a Coordinator to join its Coordination Team to assist with the slot allocation process/capacity management at ACL airports across the UK, UAE, Canada, Poland, Ireland and New Zealand.

Airport Coordination Limited (ACL) is the leading independent airport coordination and capacity management organisation. Based near Heathrow, the Company manages over three million aircraft movements annually, carrying in excess of 300 million passengers each year through the 39 Airports it serves.

In this role you will be responsible for dealing with the allocation and monitoring of slot requests in an accurate and timely manner, liaising with airlines, airports, ATC and handling agents at an operational and planning level.   You will be required to build relationships with our customers and develop an understanding of their business.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to analyse data, make informed decisions based on this analysis and communicate effectively. Most importantly the successful candidate will have the ability to maintain and exceed our strong customer service focus.

Typically, ACL requires customer service experience, a good knowledge of airlines and/or airports, ability to work under pressure and a keen interest in the aviation industry. You must have strong analytical skills, be competent in Microsoft Excel, well organised, highly motivated, a high level of accuracy, have a flexible approach to your work along with an ability to work to a strict set of rules and regulations.

Two positions are available, one of which is to provide services to our Polish airports. An ability to speak Polish fluently would be required for this position.
