Primary Job Duties
* Assist in the planning and organizing of pilot recruiting events
* Plan, build and maintain pilot recruiter schedules
* Inform and mentor applicants in a timely manner regarding their status during the hiring process, as needed
* Inform and update pilot recruiters of upcoming events and interviews
* Coordinate with other departments on posting and advertising for events
* Assist in the gathering and recording of statistical and financial data involved with pilot hiring
* Help set up travel, including flights and hotel rooms for pilot recruiters
* Assist in the distribution of data to other SkyWest departments
* Document and make notes on all important information regarding the application process
* Assist in the organizing of our Pilot Pathway Program in coordination with the People Department
* Occasional travel may be required
* Reports to the Manager of Pilot Sourcing
* Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
* Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
* Willing to assist traveling recruiters nights and weekends as needed
* Ability to work independently and stay on task with little supervision
* Self-Motivated
* Team Player
* Excellent decision maker
* High attention to detail
* Willing to be flexible in a fast paced and changing environment
* Work well under pressure and with deadlines
* Intermediate ability with Microsoft Excel required
* CrewQual and CrewTrac experience preferred
* Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations a plus
* Valid and current Driver License
Physical and Other Requirements
* Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
* Ability to periodically walk and climb stairs
* Ability to travel, when required
