Adventure and achievement awaits! Exciting opportunity to join our Resourcing team based at our Collingwood Head Office, we are currently seeking an experienced professional to develop and deliver a contingent labour, best-practice resourcing model here at Jetstar.
Working collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders, this position will report to the Jetstar Talent Acquisition Manager and be responsible for delivering a contingent labour best-practice model, whilst supporting the business with operational recruitment needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Working in conjunction with Procurement, HR and the business stakeholders to revisit the staff requisition approval request process, recruitment process, and on/off boarding process for contingent labour
* Supporting the Hiring Managers to source contingent candidates either directly or through agency partners using Workday
* Assisting Hiring Managers with the onboarding of new candidates in Workday
* Developing talent pools of contingent labour for critical areas of the business
* Optimising the end-to-end process to ensure contractor engagement is efficient
* Develop effective communication and education sessions to increase awareness of processes and contractor risks
* Ensuring HR is the central point of control for all contractor resource requests
* Developing a procedure to on-board new agencies and conduct regular commercial reviews
* Working closely with business PMOs to provide continuous improvement to skill-set/business requirements available through Jetstar’s preferred panel of contingent labour providers
* Becoming a point of contact for all stakeholders in the business as a subject matter expert on contingent recruitment
To succeed in this role, skills and experience will include:
* Demonstrated experience in delivering the end to end delivery of recruitment projects in a complex environment
* Project management and change management skills and experience
* Process improvement experience preferred
* Experience liaising with diverse stakeholders
* Experience with implementing best practice labour models would be highly beneficial
* Exposure to various project management delivery models
* Previous use of Workday is not essential but would be an advantage
