Job Role:
- Job title: Consultant Engineer.
- Degree: Industrial Engineer, although Aerospace Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers will also be considered.
- Purpose of the role: this role is a key position within our Operations Consultancy Team. The new Team Member will deliver the design and definition of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement actions within an Aerospace facility. To this end, Lean Manufacturing methodology will become the working culture and the supporting framework to deliver business transformation.
- Suitable candidates shall meet the following criteria:
- 1-2 of relevant manufacturing engineering experience gained from within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement projects and Lean manufacturing solutions.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Desirable skills:
- CATIA 3D modelling.
- AutoCAD, 2D design.
- Official Certificate to prove Lean Manufacturing training.
- Spanish Diploma Level B1.
- Date of contracting: asap
- Location: Aertec UK office (possibility to travel within the UK).
