Composite System Engineer Rotor Blades

Marenco Swisshelicopter is a young and innovative Aviation Company which is working on the development and production of a new single engine Helicopter. The Marenco Swisshelicopter Group has more than 230 employees at locations in Switzerland and Germany. The 3^rd Prototype roll-out was successfully accomplished in June 2017. Also in June 2017 MSH celebrated the roofing-ceremony of its new hangar and production facility at the Mollis airport. 

Your responsibilities:

• Technical responsibility for the development of complex helicopter systems, including activities for certification of components of the rotor blades
• Prepare and check design data for suppliers and production
• Write and review technical documentation for product development and certification
• Liaise with production line and external suppliers on a technical level
• Support production line and external suppliers during product serialization phase

 

Your Qualifications:

• A degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent
• Experience with composite design, structural design, composite production engineering
• Professional experience with 3D CAD modelling (ideally with UG NX)
• Experience with Fibersim modelling is beneficial (ideally with UG NX)
• Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing
• Standard-, raw- and material knowledge
• Knowledge of aircraft integration standards and certification processes is desirable
• Experience in aeronautical sector is beneficial
• A working knowledge of German language will be an advantage
