Job purpose:
Marshall Advanced Composites design and manufacture composite components and structures for a variety of applications in the air, at sea and on land. We are looking for Composite Operators to join our team at our Kirkbymoorside Site in North Yorkshire. As a key part of our operations team you will be involved in undertaking a variety of laminating techniques including infusion; hand layup, and pre-preg materials. The role may involves working in line with company procedures, possibly within a clean room environment to ensure that our products meet the required high standard of quality.

Main duties will include:
•Cloth Cutting, tool preparation, cloth Laminating and bagging / consolidation
•Following written instructions or working to drawings.
•Being flexible in approach to work.
•Working as part of a team.

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and will willing to learn and possess:
•Good standard of mathematics, literacy and IT skills
•Good coordination and a keen eye for detail
•Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
•Strong team work and communications skills

Candidates will ideally possess, although appropriate training will be given:
•Experience in a production environment
•Understanding of the autoclave/oven cure process
•Ability to interpret technical drawings / diagrams
