Tyrolean Jet Services - Austria ́s first Executive Air Operator managing & operating Business Jets for 35+ years requires a highly experienced and performance motivated
>> COMPLIANCE MONITORING MANAGER FOR FLIGHT OPERATIONS AND/OR QUALITY MANAGER FOR PART M AND PART 145(f/m)

You will have:

• Well-founded theoretical & practical skills or university education in the aviation industry relating toCompliance & Quality Management
• Qualifications as an internal auditor and practical experience in the fields of Flight Operations, CAMOand Part-145
• Professional experience in with an Executive Air Operator or an airline company, as well as with aviation authorities in the fields of national and European aviation legislation and quality management.
• Very good command of the English language, spoken and written
• Very good knowledge of current industry and office software (Microsoft, IQSMS,...)
• A professional and independent way of working, very good organisational skills, ability to work in a team

Responsibilities include:

• Maintenance of the existing Compliance Monitoring Program with regard to proper implementation,maintenance and continuous monitoring and improvement
• Verify that all operation manuals content are in accordance with applicable regulations, accreditation standards and industry best practices
• Internal audits and audits of external service providers
• Support / management of external audits by authorities or other industry standards (IS-BAO / ARG/US)» Structure / extension of the internal / external audit structure
• Reporting to the Accountable Manager regarding internal and external findings
