To be considered for the role of Compliance Monitoring manager you must;

• Have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within operations.
• Carry out regular audits.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of the regulatory requirements and have good technical knowledge.
• Be flexible to travel.

It would be desirable if;

• You have management experience
  • Have lead auditor training.
