Commercial Processing Administrator - Hampshire - Permanent - £20,000-£25,000

Shorterm Group is currently working with a leading Global Aviation organisation with fantastic career opportunities for an experienced Commercial processing Administrator.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in a workshop or engineering background, processing invoicing and billing.
Experience of working within an aviation environment is not essential.
Ability to use MS word/Excel is preferable, additional training will be provided on our specific software and procedures to the successful candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a PLC company that is in a growing phase.

Responsibilities:

*Assist with collation and correction of data for Invoice processing and generation
*Processing supplier invoices
*Chasing supplier for payment
*Warranty parts and hrs claiming and processing
*Tracking and processing Labour man hours
*Generating quotations and raising estimates
*General administration
*Project work with some research
*Customer liaison
*Processing and generating Contract Change orders
