Description:
Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a opening to join our 26 organization.
Day to Day:
JOB SUMMARY & FUNCTIONS:
Operate assigned CNC machine to restore parts to blueprint or customer requirement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiate equipment set up and co
confirm tooling requirements.
Operate CNC machine types to meet company standards.
Read blueprints and work instructions. Modify and adjust CNC programming. Select tools and materials for the job and plan the sequence of cutting and finishing operations. Exchange, adjust and maintain tooling to achieve required part quality.
Use standard measuring tools and gages, including micrometers, indicators, thread gages, radius gages etc.
Confer with engineers, production personnel and programmers to resolve machining problems
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Knowledge:
Use of elementary geometry , algebra and trigonometric principles together with the use of complicated manuals, and various types of measuring instruments.
Experience:
Over 1 year up to and including 3 years.
Initiative and Ingenuity:
Use of judgment to plan, perform and make decisions as to the sequence of set-ups, operations and processes, including minor modifications to pre-programmed computer routines, within the limits of recognized standard methods or procedures.
