GATE Europe is looking for an enthusiastic Junior CNC (Lathe) Turner. 

Tasks and responsibilities  Checking material, collecting the required templates;  Check that prior operations have been carried out in accordance with operating instructions. In case of any discrepancies, discuss these with the responsible person;  Checking the measuring tools to be used, including calibration;  Cutting, setting and, if necessary, adjusting (CNC) lathes for various machining operations;  Checking / measuring performed work in accordance with measurement procedures;  The approval and release of components for the next production step;  Checking the work package and editing instructions and, if necessary, looking for work instructions;  Be aware of quality and safety within the function and organization.

Job requirements  LBO + work and thinking level;  Spanning knowledge in the metal industry;  Experience with Heidenhain machine control;  Experience with Siemens machine control is a pre;  Knowledge of work instructions, drawings and editing proposals;  Knowledge of the required software programs and ERP software.

Start immediately. duration one year with possible extensions
