The successful applicant will support the Club Jetstar membership retention program across all Jetstar Branded Airlines by using customer insights, and market/product data, they will identify key segments to drive new retention opportunities and collaborate with the Digital and Marketing teams to develop and drive optimal campaigns for acquiring new members.

Our Product and Ancillary Revenue team are an integral part of the broader Commercial function. Working across exciting products including our in-flight entertainment, car hire and credit card, the team ensures the Jetstar products provide the right level of choice for our customers and makes their trip with us a valued experience. With a holistic focus on the customer’s travel journey, using data analytics and working with the broader business, the team is able to innovate and improve our product offering, tailoring to different customer segment needs.

Reporting to the Product Manager, Club Jetstar, your main accountabilities will include:
• Performance review of Club Jetstar retention strategy, ensuring optimisation & development across the group
• Liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure delivery of projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with regional ancillary and marketing teams to deliver local marketing retention campaigns for products and programs
• Ensure web contents of products and offers are accurate and up to date
• Liaise with other members of the Jetstar / Qantas team as required.
• Participate in the Jetstar performance review process
• Complying with safety in the workplace.
• Ensure, understand and meet safety responsibilities, and participate in workgroup led safety initiatives as required.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:
• Tertiary qualifications in business/commerce/marketing
• Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Flexible approach to work and responsibilities.
• Strong prioritising and time management skills.
• Well-developed numerical, analytical and computer skills
• Ability to work with a broad range of people across multiple disciplines
• Strong knowledge of MS Office software as well as ability to learn Jetstar standard software packages
• Advanced computer skills an advantage
