Purpose and Context of the Job Comair Limited, a JSE listed Aviation Company, is looking for applicants for a Psychometrist based in Bonaero Park, Gauteng, at Comair’s Head Office. The Psychometrist is required to support the effective delivery and operation of the Psychometric Test Centre as an organisational development initiative which is aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and organisational growth outcomes.

Key Performance Areas • To administer, score, interpret and provide feedback on
• Psychometric assessments in line with external regulations and internal policies and procedures.To oversee the effective operation of the test centre
• To support the development and implementation of procedures, guidelines, tools and templates
• To assist with initiatives related to OD in order to ensure optimal learning opportunities are capitalised on.
• To conduct feedback sessions with managers and candidates
• To build relationships with all departments in order to provide high quality services and to encourage feedback to improve service.
• To ensure Test Centre administration is updated at all times and is strictly processed according to the policies, procedures, rules, regulations and timeframes set out internally and by external regulators

Requirements • Honours degree in Psychology/ Industrial Psychology (Essential)
• Registration with the HPCSA as an independent Psychometrist (Essential)
• 2 years’ experience in Psychometric testing under the rules and regulations of the HPCSA (Essential)
• Additional years’ experience in Psychometric testing under the rules and regulations of the HPCSA (Desirable)
• Training in the following tools (Desirable):
- Shapes (TTS)
- OPQ (CEB)
- Hogan Leadership Series (JVR)
- Saville Wave
- MBTI (JVR)
