JOB DUTIES

Responsible for the receipt, storage, issuing materials, supplies or tools and all kitting parts for distribution. Maintains records on the status and location of all kits.

Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications.

Stores articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information such as style, size or type of material.

Fills orders or issues supplies from stock. Requisitions articles to fill incoming orders.

Counts, sorts, and distributes incoming material into project kits. Prepares kits from planning packages

Stores and records location of kits. Determines methods of storage, identification and stock location.

Maintains and keeps current status of all required kit material.

Records and keeps current the checkout and location of all kits to manufacturing.

Directs any late material receipt to kits in manufacturing.

Prepares periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and at least six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Inventory Management Software, Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook
