Qatar Aeronautical College (QAC) is a Centre of excellence for Aviation Training in the Middle East, based in Doha, Qatar. QAC currently delivers approved EASA B1, B2 and A1.1 License, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering courses as well as ATSEP Ground Avionics courses. QAC also delivers courses in Pilot Training (MPL, PPL & ATPL), ATC, Meteorology (MET) and Airport Operations Management (AOM).
QAC invites professionals meeting the following requirements to join our team for the position of;
Chief Simulator Maintenance Engineer Minimum qualifications and experience required are:
- Bachelor degree of Electrical, Electronic, Computer or Mechatronics engineering or technical school
- Minimum 10 years’ of experience in Approved Maintenance organization or any international airline
- Minimum of two (2) years and or direct experience with electronics technology, avionics, or related civilian/military technology.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience with equivalent Simulator(s) or other FSTDs plus related technical training.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisory or management position
- Holding a valid ICAO type II Aircraft maintenance engineering license will be an added advantage
- Excellent organization, communication, computer operations, leadership and team building skills are required.
