CHIEF ENGINEER - BEECRAFT KA200 and/or KA300 TYPE RATINGS - GLASGOW
PERMANENT POSITION - £50-60K

Shorterm Group our currently recruiting for a Chief Engineer for our clients maintenance business in Scotland.

The role:

Responsible for shop floor supervision.

Active member of the Engineering team in the completion of aircraft maintenance.

First point of contact for any enquiries regarding working in progress and actively uphold the companies regulatory/safety practices in the completion of all work.

Take part in planning future work and staffing numbers.

Support the Base Maintenance Manager assisting in maintaining schedule of work.

Deputise for the Base Maintenance Manager in their absence.

Review timekeeping/absences

Promote reduction of audit findings

Active member of planning and scheduling team.

Essential requirements:

B1 Licensed Engineer - type rated on Beechcraft KA200 and/or KA300 Series.

Ability to motivate others

Working knowledge of procedures and expositions /manuals relevant to completion of maintenance and commercial control.

Knowledge of EASA part 145
