Job Description
Essential Functions
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining all materials, equipment, environmental requirements, testing and chemical processing of products through the tank line.
• Coordinate the efficient utilization and movement of product through the tank line.
• Follow Safety, Health, and Environmental procedures and practices.
• Perform tests needed to meet standards and specifications.
• Prepare and/or adjust chemical solutions needed to maintain tanks.
• Maintain process and product traceability records.
• Notify concerned personnel of problematic issues.
• Assist engineering personnel with related technical issues.
• Implement continual process improvements as appropriate.
• Performs other assisgnments as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience in blueprint reading
*
Overtime and weekend work as needed to support manufacturing activities

Working experience with chemicals, tanks, fixtures, solution analysis, and testing methods.

Working knowledge of and ability to interpret customer and industry standards, specifications, and regulations (e.g. MIL-DTL-81706, MIL-DTL-5541, AMS 2477, AMS 2474, AMS 2473)
*
Working knowledge of the various customer and industry quality systems such as AS9100, FAA, NADCAP, etc, is desired

Three (3) years related work experience, preferably in Chemical Processing environment in aerospace, automotive, commercial or other relevant manufacutring environment
Licenses, Certifications, etc.:

Ability to successfully complete any required on the job certification class necessary to perform assignment.
