Based at
Hangar,
Manchester Airport and reporting to the
Hangar Supervisor, the
Check Controller is responsible for the coordination of planning, engineering, logistics and resource, leading up to and during the execution of each Base Maintenance input.
You will play an integral part in the organisation and overseeing of each input on the allocated line of Maintenance. Working alongside the
Crew Chief, the
Check Controller will provide
AMOS assistance to produce work flow plans, identifying critical path tasks as well as formulate man-hour resource plans. During each input you will keep abreast of all critical stages, providing daily updates to the Business and highlighting any potential issues to the work flow plan. In addition, the
Check Controller will track
Task Card progression and
Work Orders on
AMOS, ensuring they are closed by the Licensed Engineers.
The successful candidate will ideally have
experience of coordinating Maintenance Programmes in a
EASA Part 145 Base Maintenance Environment. You must be
highly organised, possess
meticulous attention to detail and have the ability to work under pressure to regular deadlines. The
Check Controller should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with colleagues at all levels of the business.
