Charter Sales Specialist

Zenon is delighted to be commissioned by a leading charter operation to source a Charter Sales Specialist for a permanent basis for their facilities based in the East of England.

 

The Charter Specialist serves as the direct link between the operation and the client, managing day to day affairs and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes ensuring enquiries are dealt with quickly and followed up in a timely manner as well as being pro-active in the clients charter experience.

Responsibilities

 

• Respond quickly and accurately to direct and broker charter enquiries.

• Build and maintain client relationships to meet sales goals.

• Act as a point of contact, portraying an efficient professional image to all clients and partners.

• Be familiar with all industry and company services in order to discuss and explain materials to prospective clients.

• Work with customers to identify challenges that our organization can solve.

• Ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish.

• Gather competitive intelligence regarding pricing and other information.

• Suggest improvements that can be made to increase revenue.

• Proactively seek opportunities to increase revenue from direct clients through lead conversion.

• Produce regular and ad-hoc marketing material for prospective industry clients.

• Provide operational support to the aircraft fleet alongside the Operations team as and when required.

 

Requirements

 

• 2-3 years’ experience within the business aviation charter sector

• Persuasive and able to negotiate.

• Attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Commercially minded lateral thinking.

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable.

• Customer service orientated.

• Ability to assimilate information quickly and propose ideas in highly pressurised situations.
