On behalf of prestigious UK based VVIP charter operator Acropolis Aviation, AeroProfessional are actively seeking an experienced Charter Sales Executive to join in a permanent capacity.

Acropolis was established to offer high end, discreet bespoke aviation services, managed by a small but dedicated team of professionals. With a UK/EASA AOC, Acropolis are also FAA Part 129 approved and a licensed Canadian Foreign Air Operator.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

  • Building strong relationships that place Acropolis Aviation as the clients’ provider of choice for large VVIP aircraft.
  • Responsible for producing accurate quotations with all the relevant information to match the client’s requirements within a timely manner.
  • Raising contracts and invoices for all charter flights.
  • Issuing a detailed accurate flight brief for each flight.
  • Acting as client liaison between company and client for each flight to ensure the client’s trip is managed from departure to arrival.

  • Researching and recommending new commercial opportunities.
  • Responsible for the company’s website and social media posts with empty legs and availability.
  • Responsibility for keeping the company address book and Avinode schedule updated.
  • Arranging and coordinating all trade shows with the relevant marketing material.

Requirements:

  • Have previous proven success in charter sales for a significant career period (minimum 2 years)
  • Can clearly demonstrate knowledge of charter sales and aircraft operations
  • Be commercially and financially astute
  • Happy to travel regularly within the UK and Europe if required. 
  • Self-motivated and driven individual who can work effectively as part of a small, close team
  • IT literate with excellent written and oral English language
