Provides logistics support for the maintenance complex. Central point for controlling, scheduling, and routing repair cycle assets generated by maintenance activities to include local manufactured items.

Maintains applicable files, records, and publications. Monitors the maintenance of DIFM assets processing through the repair cycle and is the focal point for rectifying DIFM problems with RCSS (Supply). Annotates actions in appropriate records and is knowledgeable in CAMS documentation. In conjunction with shops, ensures turnaround transactions are properly input in CAMS. Reviews and analyzes CAMS/SBSS repair cycle data products. Monitors asset repair cycle time through CAMS/SBSS. Performs local manufacture responsibilities. Collects and submits data for maintenance repair capability as required. Monitors AWP assets to ensure they are accurately accounted for and properly stored. Receives, distributes, and reconciles supply products. Monitors reusable container program. Processes Material Deficiency Report items in coordination with Quality Control and Supply. Processes functional check items to appropriate repair shops. Complies with IREP requirements. Assists in resolving any supply related matter. Assists material handler as required. Practices good housekeeping, tool control, FOD awareness/prevention, and safety at all times. Shall assist other personnel and work centers as directed. Must promote Company values, policies, and standards of conduct. Must be customer oriented and ensure professional coordination with base agencies. Shall perform other duties assigned to include TDY and travel. Must be able to work day shift, night shift, or weekend duty as required. Receives cross-utilization training (CUT) and is qualified to perform those maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

A working knowledge of the regulations, TOs, and manuals governing repair cycle and general supply procedures is required. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. A minimum of two years recent experience in a material control, RPC, or supply function is required. Effective communication skills and the ability to deal with people are required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a flight line drivers license and operate

1 1/2 ton vehicles or metro van and may be required to obtain and maintain a class CDL. Physical exertion requirement is heavy.
Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of industrial or commercial products. Establishes sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates. Determines daily production schedules based on engineering plans, production specifications, plant capacity, availability of parts, and manpower requirements. Readjusts schedules according to production progress, change orders, or other delaying conditions. Coordinates with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
