Catering Specialist Qatar Executive Doha

About Your Job

In this role, you will be accountable for handling the catering lifecycle and managing key catering stakeholder relationships.  You will ensure that every flight departs on time, with agree menus, stores, bars and equipment to enable Qatar Executive to provide Best-in-Class catering to Qatar Executive customers.

Specific accountabilities include:

• Search and establish service level agreements with VIP catering providers on existing and new Qatar Executive destinations
• Research and design standard VIP menus based on local cuisines
• Coordinate with the sales team in regards to client preferences
• Coordinate with caterers in worldwide locations to ensure all types of passenger meal requests are accommodated on time in order to ensure smooth operation
• Carry out planned catering units’ checks on food products, quality, presentation, freshness and pricing to ensure the catering product is up to Qatar Executive set standards and agreed levels

About You

To be effective in this role, you will need a Bachelors degree combined with at least five years of relevant experience. Prior Business aviation experience as a Lead or Supervisory Flight Attendant responsible for menu preparation is essential.  Knowledge of worldwide caterers and international cuisine including menu design is required.
