Reports to: Assistant Manager Catering Finance & Cost Control
Job Summary:
This position will assist to process catering invoice validation and assist in the preparation of catering and overhead budget, forecast and monthly explanation. He/she will also liaise, monitor, support and assist the Assistant Manager Catering Finance & Cost Control to ensure that all processes are in compliance of standard operation procedures.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing year-round departmental budgeting and forecast
* Perform catering invoices validation, payment functions and other monthly commitments
* Participate in User Acceptance Test on Catering Planner and other dedicated industry standard applications
* Assist in providing the team / procurement department on catering related data and in global discount data collection
* Support in creation of charge specification, rule setting, monitoring and maintenance of the Catering Planner
Requirements:
* Diploma holder
* Minimum 3 years working experience, airline or related industries experience will be advantageous
* Teamwork, Interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Strong computer skills in MS office (e.g. Excel, MS Word)
