Cargo Sales Service Agent

Interface with ground handling agents and manage them to company standardAssist customers in forwarding and reservationsAssist the Supervisor in various administrative station tasksCoordinate the cargo service activities between sales, traffic and ground handling in order to ensure efficient handling shipmentsMaintain standard service levels of company cargoHandle & monitor ramp activities

Qualifications/Experience:

Previous relevant industry experience preferredExcellent communication skillsSuperior independent work habitsGood telephone mannerKnowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPointKnowledge of aircraft weight and balance a plusWeekends and Shift duties requiredAll persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
