On behalf of a leading Business Jet operator I am currently looking for a CAMO Post Holder. 

Minimum requirements for applications:

• Fulfill the requirements of the EU (JAR) OPS 1.175 and AC 1.1.75 in the context of a “Post Holder”
• A formal technical license or certified and recognized training is required to meet the respective Civil Aviation Authority standards
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and familiarity with all aspects of Aircraft Maintenance Operations
• Thorough understanding of airline systems and maintenance operations
• Previous experience dealing with regulatory authorities and in depth knowledge of JAA/EASA regulations
• Previous Experience in the same role (min 2 years).
• Experience in handling Challenger & Global types is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills and ability to work as part of an integrated management team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills along with analytical problem solving skills and computer proficiency skills are essential
• Advanced ability to problem-solve and react positively to all types of difficult situations
• Good communicator and an excellent motivator and team orientated person
• Excellent skills in personal computer operation, word processing, and spreadsheet
• Excellent command of English language & understand German
