Business Support Coordinator

At this moment, we are looking for a Business Support Coordinator. As the Business Support Coordinator, you are almost starting your professional career and you will be part of the Global team and will be reporting to the Product Manager Services. You will ensure day to day business support for the Customer Operations team and internal stakeholders in Amsterdam.

Your challenge

As the spider in the web, you move from project to project offering support on different disciplines. You keep all operational airline content up to date, to ensure a high level of customer communication.

Your responsibilities

Support the Customer Operations team with questions, requests, and projects.

*

Facilitate all Customer Operations translations needed for customer and agent communication.

*

Manage small projects e.g. BudgetAir Roll Out (for customer operations)

*

Keep airline settings in our configuration system KITT up to date.

*

The first point of contact for our Cross & Upsell department concerning customer communication.

Your Profile

*

Higher Travel/Managerial diploma or similar education

*

Maximum 2 years of working experience; experience in the OTA/Operational travel business or similar role is definitely a plus!

*

Knowledge of GDS’s, booking flows, travel processes is definitely a Benefit.

*

Experience in a multinational company and in working with different cultures and/or countries.

*

Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus

*

Energetic, pragmatic with hands-on approach

*

Experienced in Google Suite, Back Office tools, creating and analyzing reports

*

You have the ability to quickly adapt to rapidly evolving and changing business priorities.
