Aviation Job Search is based in Fulwood, Preston and is close to motorway links for the M6 and the M61; so ideal if you live in Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn or Blackpool.

You might be a recruiter who wants to come away from candidate attraction or you might already be doing business development for your current recruitment agency. If you have sales experience and can close deals then this will be a doddle!

Due to our continued domination of the market and our expansion into the Middle East we are now looking to grow our team of experts, to sell the concept of Aviation Job Search to employers across the Globe.

Your day to day duties are pretty simple…

  • Source your leads by looking online at who is recruiting.

  • Contact potential customers and talk to them about their needs.

  • Identify what’s working and not working for them and explain how we work and how we can help them - consultative selling

  • Sell one of packages for advertising, as well as monthly subscriptions for ongoing advertising.

  • Hit monthly targets and earn a tonne of money!

  • You have the option to attend client meetings and this is encouraged.

To be successful in this role you need to have:

  • Drive, ambition, determination

  • Motivation and be hungry to earn commission

  • A strong desire to smash targets and close deals

For doing this you will be handsomely rewarded with an above average salaryup to £23k and a commission structure that will pay for your next tropical all inclusive holiday.
