Qualifications

SunExpress is looking for a Business Analyst primarily to support data Governance and Management initiatives. Additionally, he/she will also to support airline functions with technology solutions.
* Deep understanding of IT world with application development, project management, vendor management, quality assurance, infrastructure, maintenance and support
* Two years of data management experience such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Coordination or Master Data Management
* At least 3 years of experience in Business Analyst role for technology domain
* Experience in airline or travel industry is considered a strong asset
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management disciplines
* International CBAP or PMP certifications is desired
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Analytical, precise, and autonomous
* Male candidates should have no military obligations

Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Collaboration with cross functional teams regarding all areas of data development, consumption, and data life cycle management to ensure compliance and effective processing and controls of critical data elements,
* Supporting Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with KVKK and GDPR regulations,
* Supporting Data Governance initiatives by tracking non-compliance with the data standards, help assess the risk & cost of non-compliance and resolving data issues,
* Ensuring all IT data quality processes and methodologies are properly documented,
* Developing and managing business relationships with business units and senior leaders across the organization,
* Having an end-to-end view and deep understanding of overall business processes,
* Working with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs,
* Proactively identify opportunities, propose solutions to relevant parties and drive implementation of solutions to meet strategic goals,
* Integrating business and technology to lower costs, strengthen customer satisfaction and increase revenue,
* Being able to build strong relationship & trust across both internal organisations and external partners,
* Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues,
* Negotiates contracts, manages relationships, and monitors vendor performance against SLAs.
