Purpose and Context of the Job Comair Limited, a JSE listed aviation company is looking for applicants for a Brand Manager (kulula.com) position based in Bonaero Park, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The Brand Manager will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy so that the brand is effectively communicated and manage the revenue and customer base for a portfolio of kulula brand and products.

Key Performance Areas • To compile and implement the brand/product plans in line with the annual marketing strategy and objectives.
• To maximise the profit potential of the portfolio by identifying additional opportunities.
• To produce performance reports to show progress against the brand/product plans.
• To manage projects with the purpose of developing new and existing products within the portfolio.
• To drive and coordinate activity across relevant inter-departmental functions to ensure effective communication and execution of the brand/product plan.
• To manage supplier and partner relationships to successfully deliver the brand/product plan

Requirements • Grade 12 (Essential)
• 3 years relevant tertiary qualification (Essential)
• 3 years experience in brand management (Essential)
• 1 year experience in product/commercial management and project management (Desirable)
• Relevant industry experience (Desirable)
