TOM ADAMS AVIATION are looking for  Bay Managers to join our fantastic client in Devon. 

An EASA Category C Licence holder expected to manage the aircraft hangar inputs and ensure that all maintenance is carried out safely, efficiently and to all customer requirements

Abilities
Must hold an EASA Category C Licence, preferably on type - Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance - Experience of people management which demonstrates the ability to plan, direct and organise work assignments for your allocated team - Experience of aircraft release certification under the privileges of a company authorisation - Experience of interfacing with customers and their internal departments - Ability to work as part of a team , contributing to and sharing best practice - Must be customer orientated with sound commercial acumenExperience and knowledge of AMOS is highly desirable.

Experience on the following aircraft highly desirable - DH8 Q400, DH8-100/200/300. Embraer E170/190,ATR 42/72,Bae146/RJ,Embraer E135/145 and CRJ100/200,CRJ700/900. Including category C licence
