Base Manager Dutch Speaking

Mercator Aviation are currently seeking an experienced Base Manager with Dutch language skills to join our client in Europe on a permanent basis.

In this role you will be reporting directly to the COO and tasked with running the entire base. This includes:

• Managing and coaching all staff from engineers and pilots to ground crew and operations personnel.
• Ensuring operational compliance with relevant regulations and agreements for safe and cost effective operations.
• Helping to shape company culture at all levels

Requirements:

      ·         Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in people management & leadership.

      ·         Relevant education or equivalent by experience in the aviation sector is a plus.

      ·         Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities with a track record of driving profitable growth

      ·         Experience in leading by example and taking action that results in exemplary behaviour.

• Fluent in both Dutch and English
