Job Role:
B1 Certifying Staff rated on the Bombardier Q100/200/300/400 and/or ATR 42/72
Key activities include:
- Be able to complete base and line maintenance tasks timely and to the highest industry standards on third party aircraft, including Medavia fleet as required;
- Be able to perform inspections, repairs, installations and troubleshooting on various aircraft systems;
- Assume a supportive role and act as a point of reference with all levels of staff to provide advice/assistance vis-à-vis technical related defects;
- Report technical as well as people related matters to the Team Leaders;
- Assist with the maintenance and calibration up-keeping of avionics equipment when required from time-to-time;
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations;
- Other Engineering/Technical matters as they may arise.
The chosen candidate is expected to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an aviation MRO environment. He/she should be in possession of a valid EASA Part-66 Cat B1 licence without limitations and type rated with relevant aircraft types as per Medavia’s maintenance approval. We are looking for a proactive, motivated and hands on candidate with a strong technical acumen and able to work under pressure as the demand requires. Fluency in spoken/written English is a must.
