- EASA B1 license, B1 and B2 dual license would be an advantage
- Type ratings on at least 3 of the following aircraft
- Dassault Falcon 50
- Dassault Falcon 900
- Dassault Falcon 2000
- Dassault Falcon 7X
- Dassault Falcon 8X
- Bombardier Global Express (GLEX)
- Bombardier Challenger 605 (CL-605)
- Be willing to relocate on a long term basis to West Africa
