Essential Job Functions:

The ability to read and understand Industry standard Avionics wiring diagram.

*

Produce a high quality wiring harness that is ready for aircraft installation.

*

Use of basic hand tools, screwdrivers, wire strippers, wire cutters, soldering irons, heat guns to manufacture the wiring harness.

*

Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

*

Complete all required paperwork for the harness and keep wiring prints up to date.

*

Use computer controlled wire stamping machines.

*

The ability to learn all the above and show continued improvement in skills and knowledge.

*

Other duties as assigned.

Job Specific Requirements:

Physical: Routinely lifts up to 10 lbs, occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs.

Stands for long periods of time, with frequent bending, squatting, kneeling and stooping. Uses hands to reach and feel, with repetitive motion. Good finger dexterity. Reads and Writes, Speaks, Hears, and Understands American English Fluently.

Has Visual acuity correctable to 20/20.

Physical (cont’d): Works in confined spaces, extreme temperatures, heights above six feet, noisy environments and flying

Works with and around products and materials associated with aircraft maintenance

Other: Must possess minimum tooling required to perform duties assigned

Must be able to work various shifts, as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

High school graduate or equivalency degree required.
