The Superintendent Avionics (SA) is employed as the technical and administrative lead for the Avionics flight within the Hawk Maintenance Organization at King Faisal Air Base Tabuk; a key component of the Officer & Aircrew Training Programme.

The SA has delegated responsibility for Safety, Compliance, Cost & Delivery performance while playing an active role in staff development and exercising duty of care for personnel welfare, health and safety and staff discipline.

• Will be able to demonstrate experience in aircraft maintenance and engineering and have proven management experience in a relevant role.
• Qualified to Degree level or have equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years aircraft experience in a certifying position.
• Able to demonstrate a detailed understanding and application of the RSAF 4-1-7166 series and the UK MAA RA 4800 (MRP Part 145) series publications. Ensure compliance with all other requirements, e.g. ITAR/E&PW.
• Must have and be able to demonstrate sound oral and written two-way communication skills with the ability to be tactful, discreet and confident in dealing with people at all levels.
• Must be computer literate with a sound understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to spot exceptional ability in SN employees and be able to mentor them to develop within the company.
• Must have previous experience of working with a culturally diverse workforce
• Must hold a current driving licence
